The short version

I only collect what I need to reply to you and do the work you've asked for. I don't sell your details or share them for anyone else's marketing.

What I collect

• What you put in a form: your name, business name, town, phone number, email and what you'd like help with.
• What you tell me by phone, text or email while we work together.
• If analytics is switched on: anonymous information about how people use this site, such as pages visited and the type of device.

How I use it

• To reply to your enquiry and quote or carry out the work.
• To let you know when the AI tools are ready, if you joined the early-access list.
• To run and improve this website.

Who else handles it

Forms on this site are delivered by Formspree, which emails your message to me. The site is hosted by Cloudflare. If analytics is switched on, Google Analytics measures visits. These services may store data outside Australia, including in the United States.

Keeping it safe

Your details are kept in password-protected accounts and only used for the reasons above. I keep enquiries for as long as they're useful for our work together, then delete them.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or to be taken off the early-access list, at any time. Email hello@griffindigital.au or call 0436 010 554 and I'll sort it out.
